jack is an excellent exercise for increasing your heart rate and improving coordination that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.<br \/>\nStart in an upright position with your feet together and your arms loose at the sides of your body.<br \/>\nJump up and spread your legs about two hip-widths apart as you land.<br \/>\nAt the same time, stretch your arms up next to your body and bring them together above your head.<br \/>\nImmediately jump back to the starting position.<br \/>\nRepeat this movement for two minutes as quickly as possible without losing your form.<br
