Welcome to my blog!
If, like many people, you spend most of your day sitting down, then you know how important regular exercise is to stay healthy and productive.
This week I’m introducing you to a simple but effective exercise that’s perfect for incorporating short movement breaks into your daily routine: the jumping jack.
This exercise is easy to fit into any busy schedule and will help you stay active and boost your energy levels
The jumping jack is an excellent exercise for increasing your heart rate and improving coordination that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.
Start in an upright position with your feet together and your arms loose at the sides of your body.
Jump up and spread your legs about two hip-widths apart as you land.
At the same time, stretch your arms up next to your body and bring them together above your head.
Immediately jump back to the starting position.
Repeat this movement for two minutes as quickly as possible without losing your form.
This dynamic movement helps to activate your circulation and engage your entire musculature.

Notes on the exercises
When practising the jumping jack, it is important that you first familiarize yourself with the correct execution to avoid injury.
Start slowly and only increase your speed when you feel confident.
Make sure that you maintain a straight posture and perform your movements precisely.
If you feel any pain during the exercise, stop immediately and consult a specialist if necessary.
Don’t forget to have fun and vary your exercise routine regularly to avoid boredom.
