Notes on the exercises
Starting position: Lie flat on your stomach.
Stretch your arms forwards and your legs backwards.
Look downwards to relax your neck.
Movement: Lift your arms, upper body and legs off the floor at the same time.
Make sure that the movement is controlled and performed without momentum.
Hold: Lift your heels towards the ceiling and your upper body slightly upwards.
Hold this position for a few seconds.
Repetitions: Beginners start with 4-5 repetitions without holding.
Gradually increase by holding the position for 5 seconds or longer.
